Or should I say, lack of it. The only times I've talked with people in a social setting recently has been when I'm tired. As in 36-48 hours w/o sleep tired, maybe scale down the hours w/o sleep tired and add physical exhaustion. In any case, during the usual runs to the store, I don't talk with anyone, but the one time I was going on 40 hours w/o sleep, I talked with three people in the stores who weren't cashiers or clerks. Before I graduated from uni, I remember similar convos happening when I was tired. Has anyone else experienced this?

I've had those days myself.

It's best for your health to sleep everyday, at about the same time, even if it's just for a few hours.

I actually tend to oversleep most of the time. Which I've heard is just as bad, but eh, my life's not where I want it now...

I tend to be somewhat of an insomniac. I can barely make it past 4 a.m. My cats tend to wake me up.

I believe there is something to this. When I pull all-nighters, I act quite differently socially for some reason. Maybe I'm too tired to put up my walls, maybe I'm too tired to analyze what is being said to me and what I'm saying in reply so things just come out.

It's not always like that, but most of the time I myself can tell that there is a difference in my social behavior when I lack sleep.
