I'm not sure if I'd been causing this myself but I have been having weird and abnormal strange dreams.
It started when I became stressing out about what everyone was saying about lesbians because I am one.
I began having these weird moments of strange emotion and waking up out of really abnormal dreams
dreams that are just so strange I cannot fully explain I just don't have them like that ever!
and I'm not sure if I'm stressing out and somehow it's affecting my dreaming but that's what I'm here to ask.
And if that it is why is it doing this and what can I do? i also have horrible anxiety problem's and this is making it
worse and worse it's like it's scaring me.

Sometimes nightmares occur as a reaction to real life stress, yes. The specific content of the dream doesn't matter so much as the feeling of it. Stressful dreams, nervous dreams, that sort of thing.

There are a couple things you can do. Tackling the anxiety probably the most important to start with. I don't know your history; if you haven't seen a doctor about your anxiety you should consider it. Maybe give meds a try. Or therapy.

In theory, if you can manage to reduce your anxiety, the dreams should stop. If they don't there's also meds for that too. Amitriptyline, Trazodone.
