I know a good number of people in the autistic community often mention having very poor and laboured handwriting (although I've requested this on other forums before, and some people who insist that their handwriting is illegible turn out to have quite the opposite). Am interested in seeing handwriting samples from the WP community.
Couple of guidelines:
1. Don't worry more than you usually would about making it look presentable. No one's gonna laugh!
2. You can write anything at all, or the good old "the quick brown fox jumps over the wall"
3. As with 1., write as per normal. I want to see how your handwriting looks like in a typical situation.

Okay kiddies start posting! :)

I used to be a perfectionist, any my school had us practice a LOT. So I don't know if I ever wrote poorly. My mother said I never did. I DID lose interest and start writing more carelessly a couple years ago, to write faster, but it is still pretty nice.

Unfortunately i don't have a scanner either, but it's safe to say that when i write something i have problems decyphering it a couple of days later but i can't be bothered improving it. I just don't like writing.

This is mine:

It's a poem. Yes, that is a page from my diary....and I usually write in cursive.

If you can't read it, the poem says:

Please see beyond this façade
Please see past the fake smile
There is truth behind the silence
And truth is, I’ve been lost for a while

I’ve been hiding inside of this silence
So long I don’t know what to feel.
I’ve been laughing when I should be crying
At this point, I don’t know what’s real.

So please dry the tears I’m not crying
And comfort this pain you can’t see
Please hear the screams behind the silence
And feel what hides deep inside me

I want to break free of this silence
I loathe everything that I became
I tried to speak truth into the silence
But I was silent so long I forgot my own name

Frankly, I think immortals and logitechdogs both look ok. Mine is kind of similar to immortals, which I like better of the two. They're certainly more readable than most I have seen. Is THIS supposed to be an example of bad cursive writing from AS people?

If they are, I would LOVE to see what the GOOD writing looks like!

Porbably doctors writing can't even read it, it's lines not words...

Immortal, your handwriting is very beautiful. It's a little bit hard to read, but thats more of me than anything else. I've always found very attractive script handwriting to be a bit of a challenge to read, although it's a delight to look at.

Just like to point out your h your taking the curve too far down making it look like a R just thought i would say might be one of the reasons...

I normally do write un joint up as I can read it and end up not looking at what I put and wondering what it's meant to say most of the time for myself...

Ever tried a Gel pen with the big rubber grips they really screw up any handwriting.

AV Geek I love your handwriting! It looks like the Comic Sans font in MsWord.

My handwriting is good if I am patient.
