My toddler was just put on a "sensory diet" by his OT for a lot of the same kinds of sensory issues that I'm dealing with. I was wondering if maybe a "sensory diet" could be something that would help me as well.

I was wondering if anyone here is on a "sensory diet" for adults? Could you give me an example of what that might look like, or link me to information about it?

Thanks!

I just looked it up, to see what you were talking about:
Sensory Diet Activities

As a grown up, I get this from propagating plants and preparing them carefully as food, seeing a need and making a piece of furniture, as precisely as possible.

This may be totally outside the mentality of an infant, but I believe AS folks see futility from a mile away. I personally believe it should have some purpose.
