Sometimes the glare is too much

I struggle to keep my eyes fully open. This can happen in a supermarket especially .

Thete are some stores I won't even enter for this reason.

For me it's mostly outside during sun. There's been days where it's actually medium level sunlight with clouds and I still can't open my eyes properly.
