help possible bedbugs freaking out

i was on the paratransit bus this morning and i saw a bug on me i didnt know what it was i tried to take a good picture of it but it came out very blurry but i looked up bed bugs because i remember a year or so ago there was an epidemic of them in the the ny area and they looked like it ! i dont know what to do i wanna call the bus company but they wont give me any time to speak to them the bus dispatchers are rude often and they will probably want proof and the picture is very blurry its no good. im scared

throw all your cloths and bedding into the dryer just to be safe
heat kills bedbugs
if you go to an area with bedbugs as soon as you get home strip down and throw those cloths in the dryer

You can also put your stuff in the freezer for a couple of days. If I were you, I would treat all of the stuff you were wearing/carrying.

Note, that bites from bed bugs may take about nine days to show up. They appear in clusters and itch like hell.

Just try not to panic, wash all your clothes/bed sheets at 60 degrees and they should all die!
