remember my "so what happened to me?" thread? well i found this weird trick (and don't worry this isn't that "how to reverse aging" virus clickbait haha) basically, stimming, i found that if i stim while playing (rocking in my chair at a fair pace) it calms me and i feel a lot more neutral and if not, happy. i just tested it, i lost 5 overwatch ranked matches in a row, and im still happy and cool, no anger here. thought id just share it in case it works for other people

Thanks for sharing. I will have to give this a try. I know I experience issues similar to what you described in that other thread.

I have heard people say that they stim at work while working and this helps them to cope or be more productive.

I've never heard of anyone using it purposefully while they are in another stressful situation. I think that's pretty genius. I'd like to see more people trying this out.
