Yes, you have a beautiful, intense face. Thanks for showing. But do you have to stare out from my computer screen like a tiger about to jump out and tear my throat open? But I guess it's better than some of the adds that were showing up.

Um, adblock?

Why would anyone look at ads?

Very. I feel like I can't do anything without being stared at by a black and white hipster photo .
On a more serious note though - Narcissistic self-promotion on that level makes me feel very uncomfortable to the point of feeling physically ill.

I am still laughing at: Narcissistic self-promotion on that level makes me feel very uncomfortable to the point of feeling physically ill. Very humorous but ironically true.

Now they are gone. They are so much better than ads that move. Bring Alex ads back.

It's "ads", not "adds". Isn't there some kind of grammar check for postings like these?

In a way, they are "adds". They add to the milieu.

I didn't even notice at first. Then when I did, I was just like ''oh, that must be Alex Plank'', and it doesn't bother me.

Not at all. Only pictures of women ever 'bother' me. ;)

I meant that entirely seriously. I have a lot of time for say Donna Williams' insights into autism for example, but find her self-indulgent website full of pictures of herself very uncomfortable. I find narcissistic exhibitionism very overwhelming and unpleasant to be around.

What are you talking about?

That pic he just put at the top of the wrongplanet page promoting himself?

If thats all it takes to bother you - you must have some heavy stuff on your conscience !

I was laughing because I feel the same way. I don't care much for shameless self promotion etc. I enjoy the way you worded it. :D
