If anyone is in this type of enviroment , it is your right to seek help from a professional, or manager. Do not go at it alone you are worth talking to.

There have been times when I have felt bullied, but it didn't occur to me to tell anyone or seek help. Thanks. I'll remember your encouraging words next time.

If you need help with anything you have the right to ask , be diplomatic though.

I was the target of serious workplace bullying a few years ago and I never reported it for two reasons: 1. One of the three people involved in the bullying was my boss and although he couldn't fire me while it was being investigated, he could easily make things even more difficult for me and it just wasn't worth it. 2. More inmpotantly, he and the other two people involved were basically giving me the gaslight treatment, saying that it was just my imagination and that no one was messing with me. So, they covered up their tracks pretty well and didn't leave me with much to present to HR.

So, I just bided my time and luckily the management changed and the other two were later either fired or forced to retire.
