Just curious, do any of you carry physical health issues related to hypersensitivity or anxiety?

I myself have constant headaches, which I think is related to bruxism (teeth clenching). I actually had a visible hole in one of my teeth due to clenching so hard. Which I think is all related to I'm just always so over stimulated, my brain is dealing with so much, it makes my head hurt. I work full time and don't have opportunity to hide or lay down, and have just learned to force myself to bear it no matter what for 10 hours a day without break. This is also gave me issues with gastral reflux, and being highly prone to nausea. I eat the same, mild, food everyday just because I know it's safe not to be out of what I'm used to and make me nauseas.

I get weird noises in my ears after exposure to sounds louder than I can tolerate. I believe I therefore have more liability to get tinnitus (my dad had tinnitus and I believe he was on the spectrum).

I have IBS which is supposed to be anxiety-related, or at least exacerbated by anxiety.

Like you I have gastric reflux although I don't believe it is caused by anxiety because I've always had it and both my daughters have had problems with it so it appears to be genetic. I have a problem with my stomach muscle at the top.

I have hyper-awareness of internal organs (interoception) which again, isn't caused by anxiety but is part of my over-sensitive system and it has enabled me to identify problems internally which upon medical investigation, I was correct, existed.
