I listen the TV and suddenly all the sounds in the room became very strong. I need to lower the TV volume when it happen. An aspie trait?

Sometimes it scary me and feel a lot of pressure in my ears.

Definitely an aspie trait. I have the same issues with variations in TV volume. That's why I prefer to watch channels without commercials like HBO and PBS.

Oh yes, this is driving me crazy especially when I had a stressy day!
I often have arguments with my parents when I enter the living room and am confronted with a loud TV because I become louder when talking and they often say I sound angry or I shouldn't shout. The feeling of entering the living room when the TV is loud it's as if I walk into a wall: I walk downstairs, make a turn around the corner and hit it.
I'm thinking about buying ear plugs to avoid such arguments and this uncomfortable feeling (I'm just tired of it).

pat_can, I don't know how the TV channels are in your location, but here in Germany the logo of the channel usually disappears before commercials start (which are about 1.25 to 1.5 times louder than the regular program), I usually either mute the TV and browse forums or just lower the volume.

I find variations in volume are a problem with movies just as much as with commercials -- they often change from very quiet conversation, where I need the volume turned up just to make out the words, to very loud, where the sound is overwhelming unless I keep the volume low. I either end up turning the volume up and down constantly through the show, or just keep the volume barely high enough to hear the quiet parts and try to make sure there's no other sound in the room.

undercaffeinated, this is the main reason I avoid modern cinema in most cases.
Modern movies are that way, conversations are very silent, as if they are whispering, sounds are way too loud, the volume changes rapidly. Often there is background music all the time and lots of shaky cam... The combination of all this is really, really tiring.

Sometimes I wonder what happened to proper sound mixing in movies... One of the reasons why I prefer old movies to new ones.

I sometimes find the volume has appeared to increase immensely when there was little or no change in real volume at all.

For example, sitting at a restaurant having a conversation when suddenly I can hear parts of nearly every conversation in the entire restaurant at very loud volumes. I rather doubt that everyone suddenly started talking louder at the same time.

The last time this really scared me was in autumn, I sat in my room drawing something and all of the sudden I could hear metal noises as if they were next to me. All windows were closed, my door was closed. As my room is above the kitchen, I realized it was just my mother sorting some pots most likely... that adrenaline... I almost freaked out.

Exactly, I don't think my TV, my computer fan and all the things that make noise in my living room started to be louder at the same time.
