okay so few years i found this really good autism symptoms check list or something similar! maybe it was more like a could i have autism checklist? section like social interactions, sensory, routines ect and within each section it had various questions and i cant remember if there was just a yes or no check box or a more extensive selection of answers. could someone help me find this? i cant remember the websites name either

No the one I am looking for is printable , you print it and fill it out but I will save those site too thank you

It may have been something to print out and mail in or something like that? I'm not sure I think I remember you could put your name and age at the top but not sure :/
