Hey everyone I just wanted to say that I have anger and frustration problems :( I taking meds for it and it does help mellow me out a little bit but I still have them and I'm trying to work on it but if something goes wrong or not how I planned I get frustrated and upset I was wonderfing if this is a Aspie thing and if anyone can relate? If so what are some stragies I hope all is having a good day.

My advice? SUCK IT UP! But, seriously just try to hold back as much as you can, wait everything out. The longer you deal with something that you don't like the more accepting you will be about it.

I can relate to getting enormously stressed if something doesn't go how I thought it would.
Now I take a moment beforehand to think "What if it doesn't go how I think it will?" and remind myself that it probably won't be the end of the world.
