I am a junior in college and am in RA training for this semester. Students start arriving tomorrow! Is there anyone here who is or has been an RA, and do you have any tips? I'm in tbe freshman "problem" dorm. I'm kindof looking forward to it, but probably the thing that makes me most nervous is people depending on me.
