Are there any so called disorders and/or syndroms in psychiatry that aren't connected to each other in any way?

I have never met a histrionic pd/antisocial pd. That is about the only combo that I can think of that I have not come across. Or a histrionic pd/schizoid pd. That doesn't mean that can't or don't exist. I just have not met any.

That is very interesting, because both are cluster b.
I also met that psychopaths are all a bit antisocial, narcisstic and histrionic.

I don't think I've ever met an antisocial pd who wasn't also narcissistic. I think that apparent "histrionic" traits in an antisocial are probably more related to narcissism, don't you think?

Not likely. More likely its playcting, since sociopaths tend to be very shallow or non-emotional, But I always have believed its just that they suppress emotion & are afraid of the strong ones..
But since they generally are excellent actors, big histrionics are likely just an act. Meaning they are trying to manipulate the therapist for some reason..

Sincerely,
Matthew

I have sadly just a bit knowlege about cluster b personality disorders.
I could also think that histrionics are very often narcissistic.

This isn't borne out by the research.

Psychopaths have less of the signs of emotion that cannot be faked or suppressed - heart rate change, involuntary startle, neural activity, etc. So it's pretty clear that they actually feel less emotion, instead of just faking.

There is just little connection between Tourette and Bipolar and in my opinion, those who have the combination (me too :P ), it's because of comorbidities both share, like ADHD, ASD or OCD.
But that's just a theory of mine, because the connection between those two is just little and because of that I don't really think that both are directly connected to each other.
