This happened a few days ago. I don't know how it happened (I can find many hypothesis but not yet concluded.)
I cannot concentrate on every things, including my current obsession, or even a simple task like cleaning my room. I can't keep sitting at one place and want to walk around constantly. I can not keep lying on bed either, so I had a very hard time at recent night. I just took a sleeping pill from a doctor yesterday. Every minute is torment because I can't keep myself calm and do stuff like every days. I have spent a lot of time just walking around my room and my dormitory. Not including talking with people, I become very awkward person which I have never been like before.

Luckily, it seem to be better a bit or else I even couldn't do a simple thing like typing on a computer. I just want to know if anyone here have ever encounter this problem?

Sorry for my bad English skill.

This has happened to me more than once. Usually it is fairly mild compared to your report and is followed by an illness. I put the blame on the body going into a more active mode to fight the sickness. This is a physical action.

The severe episodes are much less frequent and seemingly caused by the brain going into a more active mode to solve a conflict and is followed by nervous collapse.

Odds are poor against two people reacting exactly the same, but general symptoms may be in common.
Unless the taking of the sleep aid preceded the entire event, but I am gathering that it did not.

Sounds like you're going through some anxiety.

Could this be mania? I previously went into frantic modes of restlessness and rapid thoughts. It was usually in college when I was unable to deal with the amount of stress I was under added onto my then unresolved issues. For me, I would physically exhaust myself at the gym. It helped with the tension and restlessness and helped me to relax and sleep.
