Do have objects that you use for controlling your anger? I have a hand gripper, which is basically a torsion spring with handles. It's very useful when my Internet is slow.

I don't unfortunately, but I wish I did because I usually resort to biting myself.

I have stim toys which, while not used solely for controlling anger, do help in that regard. My favourite is an oil and water spiral timer (like this one: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/342977327847944070/). It calms me down to watch the oil blobs slide down the tube.

If you have a cutting problem you should seek help about it, it's unhealthy and dangerous.

I twirl all kinds of objects between my fingers (usually of my left-hand, that one is used less); pens, pencils, rubber bands...
pencils usually last only a week, two if they are lucky; pens last a month, rubber bands break after only a few hours; i guess i'm stimming a tad much ;)

Does a punching bag count?

More often than punching when I'm angry, I tend to kick it when I'm frustrated or stir crazy.
