Probably, but more leaning to the 'not' side of things. Depending on how high or low functioning he is, taking away just one video could either break his heart or go unnoticed.

Why exaclty do you wanna take it away? Does it bother you cause it's 'different'? Why take it away if he enjoys it?

How come no one supports changing anyones habits? If a child watches 800 million cartoons a day, is it not healthy to remove one? I only ask because 'life,' itself, will not allow much time to watch cartoons - Everyone must learn that their routines WILL be compromised - I think its a lesson in life.

Anyways, just tossing it out.

I tend to agree with Corvus. Moreover, it isn't exactly healthy for him to be sitting all day and not getting much physical activity.

I am 27 and I thrive on cartoons. Sure, they are Simpsons, South Park, Adult Swim, etc, but I still thrive on them.
