I am sure I have it, but undiagnosed.

Semi-diagnosed (Psychiatrist said I have textbook Asperger personality but not impaired enough since I work apparently) but am now 100% sure I have either Aspergers or HFA (told I was a late talker but can't get specific dates).

Several years ago, I was talking to someone who works with Autistic children. Suddenly in the middle of the conversation, he stopped and asked me if I have ever been diagnosed with Autism. At the time the only Autism I was "familiar with" was the low functioning but savant type cases portrayed on tv.

These days, I don't know if I have it or not. I do score quite high on the on-line tests for it. Some days I think I probably don't have it, but on other days I think it is very likely that I have it.

I'm 95% sure I'm on the Asperger's-Autism Spectrum, but undiagnosed.

And I am comfortable being self-diagnosed :D

At this point I am self diagnosed. But in the process of becoming official. I am more than certain I am some place on the spectrum - I am just unsure where. I have a few key differences. One for instance, I know my IQ is quite low (around 72), while at the same time I know I am intelligent (to an extent lol - depends on the area). I get my official answers on the 21st this month.

Undiagnosed, yet quite sure I have it. It would explain my problems I've had since childhood. I seem to have every symptom, a few known comorbidities, and I meet all the diagnostic criteria. Plus, teachers, family doctor, my family, and my brother's wife that works with autistic children have all pointed out a possibility of AS.

My parents just have not been able to come up with the money for a diagnosis, they're not too well off. Barely can keep food on the table. With that I've also never been able to go to a dentist, yet I know I have a couple cavities :( I'm looking into getting a diagnosis soon though so hopefully that will change!

Undiagnosed and unsure, but I think there's a good chance that I have AS. It's the one thing that seems to explain all of my quirks.

Undiagnosed and don't want a diagnosis - can't get rid of it. I don't have the hypersensitivity or intense special interest but have the rest of the package.

Undiagnosed here, but pretty positive I'm at least somewhere on the spectrum. I feel socially impaired(I have only two people I consider friends outside my family, and the three of us are definitely not...normal.? xD), I stim(most common is rocking back n forth where I stand or sit, but there are others), got strong special interests like drawing(humans mostly), reptiles, and fictional characters. Especially relationships between fictional characters. I definitely have strong interests in those.

And I'm pretty hypersensitive to sounds. Occasionally I can't understand humour. I have trouble understanding humour from people I'm not around a lot, however, I do have a pretty good sense of humour. Also, eye contact is a no-no. It freaks me out, makes me uncomfortable... so I look at mouths. Helps me learn how to read lips, too, which is something I want to be able to do!! (Mainly because my hearing/hearing comprehension can be pretty bad at times...) Oh yeah, and I like to wear the same outfit, or variations of it several days in a row. (I think I've worn the same style outfit almost all week). I have a lot of meltdowns, too.

But it looks like I can actually go to the doctors and talk to them about mental health stuff soonish hopefully.

I really don't know whether it is an autism spectrum thing or ADHD(which I'm pretty positive I have...) causing me all my problems. I have many symptoms of both ADHD and ASD.

I was diagnosed by a Psychiatrist but unofficially. I never hired/paid him for his services and he never "officially" put it in writing (We never had an appointment and never meant at his office). We only meant at a Starbucks and had a chat about it.

I'd say I'm undiagnosed and unsure. I've seen several psychologists and they all seem to think there's a good chance I have it. They're going to assess me (waiting lists are long though) and the psychologists have even said they think I'll get a diagnosis. However, I'm not sure what I think. Some days I really think I have it and other days I think it's ridiculous to even suspect it.

Undiagnosed, doc says I probably have, AQ & RDOS tests suggest I have it, waiting to be referred to a specialist to get it confirmed (around 3-4 months wait for that here in the UK)

Not 100% sure I want the diagnosis now though, worried it may restrict me later in life if it is on my record

This. Some days I feel "normal" and wonder why I ever thought I have AS. Other days, I wonder why I ever doubt having AS.
