My Caveman Autism Hypothesis

I propose that us people with autism, who naturally like to hide in our rooms/stay at home, have caveman ancestors.

How do you think they got the name caveman, sillies! They were all busy hiding in their caves because all those roaring dinosaurs (yes I know, wrong era ) or at least growling sabre toothed tigers, were too noisy and those rock earplugs were just too damn uncomfortable (particularly with their exteroception)

Plus, they had no sunglasses then and all that sweat made their plant-leaf sun-visors slide off. This guy's sun-visor went wrong.

The reason for there being less autistics than NTs is because the autistics were each in their own caves, so they rarely procreated.

The reason dinosaurs became extinct (yes I know, wrong era again, just indulge me) is because when all the autistics had meltdowns the dinosaurs all collapsed.



That's my hypothesis of the day. If you have an equally clever hypothesis please post it below.

Actually, autism is caused by ancient aliens who came to earth thousands of years ago and implanted their autistic genes into humans in hopes of taking over the planet. So far it hasn't worked.

Gorilla theory of autism:

Humans are the only primates who host 2 different kinds of lice. Head lice is distinctly human but the other kind of lice is genetically related to gorilla lice. (this is a fact, not kidding about this). Science has no definite explanation for this, but keep in mind that it happened 3 million years ago, a time when our ancestors were very ape-like.
From this we can form a conjecture about the origins of autism.
Or perhaps the origins of neurotypicalism.

One of the big theories surrounding Homo Sapiens Sapiens (us) and Homo Sapiens Neanderthalis (cavemen) involves the fact that Neanderthals were designed to live in an ice age environment. They weren't just more stocky and muscular than us modern day Humans. They had extremely large sinus cavities and large noses. The theory being that with these large sinus cavities they had a better chance of warming up the frigid air before it was passed into the lungs. The problem with large sinuses is that you lose your ability to make high pitched noises. Homo Sapiens Sapiens are able to make a large variety of high pitched noises that we believe Homo Sapiens Neanderthalis were unable to do.

The connection is that we are theorizing that with an ability to make higher pitched noises you are better suited to work as a social group. Pack and herd mentality is a well proven survival tactic.
