Is it possible for me to have an obsession about my own medical conditions? If anyone brings up any of my diagnoses, I will ramble about them for ages. Yesterday I gave the carers of this supported housing a monologue on visual processing disorders...

I think I have seen some posts here that say that one of their special interests is their diagnosis/condition/AS etc. So probably you are not alone in that. Many people including me would love to talk about themselves given the chance.

It is very possible to have an interest in your own diagnosis and there is nothing wrong in talking about it at all it is a good way to express yourself.
