Ever since I was a kid, I had to cough or clear my throat a lot. I knew I didn't have to, but I felt really uncomfortable when I didn't. I also had to blink a lot or roll my eyes back into my head. Do all aspies have this?

for me, it's rubbing my hands together as if I were warming them up.

I don't clear my throat unless I really need to move the mucus or something that feels stuck there, but I notice almost all the people do that when they are about to talk on the phone.

I sometimes blink seemingly unnecessarily, but I think my nerves somehow need to do that to kind of calm themselves. I don't know how else to describe it.

I don't know if all AS people do these things. I guess each of us has a particular set of weird habits.

It doesn't feel like a habit though. It feels good when I do it, but it hurts sometimes (i.e. if I do it too much :().

I think that I have tics, because I typed it in the Google search bar. Does this mean that I have Tourettes?

Of course, some people don't even realize they have tics, nervous habits or stims.

Sounds like tics to me. Throat-clearing is apparently quite common as a tic.

No. There's no "all aspies have/do this". Also, just because you do a particular thing or have a particular quirk, it doesn't have to mean it has anything to do with Aspergers.

It sounds like what you are doing is prepping or warming up. A lot of stage performers have some sort of warm up prep they have to do before stepping out onstage.

Some people need to take a deep breath before saying something. I think I usually run my tongue around my teeth (mouth closed) to give me time to gather my thoughts. People tend to send out a signal that they're about to say something. A lot of the time it might be saying "uhhh..." before speaking.

It's more prevalent amongst those with Aspergers I'm sure. But most certainly not exclusive to those with Aspergers. Or something all aspies do.

Sometimes I breath through my nose and other times I breath through my mouth, is this something all aspies do?

Those sound more like tics.
Tics are not connected to AS.
