The most impaired areas are:
-maintenance of place I am living in and household chores
-evaluating and avoiding danger
-communication (though I have intakt speech-ability, but often mutism in unfamiliar situations or when in overload) and social contact

mildler impaired:
-transportation (though I cannot drive a car and am prone to overload in public transport, but no musculosceletal impairment)
-being able to eat independantly
-being able to wash and dress independantly

The degree of impairment got assessed to be 66% in comparison to non-impaired people.
Most impairment is caused by sensory processing issues, problems with theory of mind (people are unpredictable for me resulting in a high vulnerability to get abused or bullied eg. in a working space), processing differences, executive functioning problems, communication.
Executive functioning problems are severe, but I did not got diagnosed with additional ADHD.

Hi Eloa. How you described your impaired areas seem to fit mine exactly, except I am not able to transport myself yet. I still live with my family and was recently approved for disability myself.

I can transport myself in taking the train if someone accompanied me before and then I know the route very well (like where to change train) and then it becomes a routine I am okay with except if there are too many people, which leads to sensory overload.
And I walk and I like to walk.
I cannot drive a car and I am not allowed to drive a car, as sensory issues are severe and also you need to be able to "join" traffic meaning you must somehow be able to predict other people's actions.
Do you take the train or bus, Lumi?

Neither Eloa. I do not currently take myself anywhere in public alone, I don't know how to yet. I don't know how to drive but can walk fine. I am preparing to move soon closer to where I can have access to more services I need to gain more independence, like job shadowing. I like to walk, but where I live, a car is fastest and often it is too hot and far to walk anywhere I want to go.

What is job shadowing?
I am not familiar with this expression and I looked it up, but do not get a match which makes sense to my understanding (I am not native in english language).
I do not know yet about accomodations I can get, but there will follow further explanation soon.

Job shadowing is while you are training to work, you follow the person while they work who you are interested in learning skills from. If it does not make sense, I can share a website which may help.

Thank you, it does make sense.
I think primarily in pictures and the word "job" showed repetitive activity and then there was a shadow beside the activity, but now I understand that you are "a shadow" following a persons activity, which was not clear to me.
Thank you for explainig.

You are welcome, I am glad my explanation made sense to you. You say you think in pictures. I do as well, but more in hearing words. When I cannot think of a word when I talk, my mind creates the clear image of the word instead.

They don't give you a breakdown of things here in Oz.

My inability to be around and work with people was my big thing though, in addition to not being able to do anything else other than the interest (for most of the day).

I was fine in regards to the physical stuff.

I have trouble with physical movement at times (specifically motor planning) to an impacting degree. It shows up most often when I need to do something specific, I may not know how or forget for a long enough moment.

Are you on disability too?
Physically I am not impaired too.
Do you mean by breakdown a more detailed analysis?
Here it is written in the rapport and the former rapport from the psychiatrist.
