This is a quick update. I have been having trouble living with my aunt. I be never been at a sleep over because I can handle not sleeping in y own home and the stress of being somewhere else. I have been going into these like panic attack things where I just can't handle all the change and I just stop close my eyes tight cover my ears and hum. You people who don't have autism and can handle change easily have go it made. I feel like I'm caring the world on my shoulders. (Trying to use metaphors but not sure if that's the right one). Well please if anyone can keep me in the thoughts in the back of your mind and pray in your own way for me (I am trying hard not to offend anyone. Am I doing well?) thanks for readig

Do you think some Benadryl might help you sleep?

Benedryl doesn't sound like a bad idea. Hot teas have helped me with anxiety a lot, especially "relaxe" and "breath easy" by Yogi Teas. Prayer, regardless of whatever your beliefs in it are, can be very helpful to help you focus in on what you want and gain a sense of calm rathwr than focusing on the current delima: as in think of an anxiety filled night as temporary. the sun will rise, tomorrow's a new day, everything is temporary. I can totally relate to anxiety from not being at home. I've had nights of anxiety away from home after getting PTSD that could feel like a psychosis. mind trip. Aromatherapy candles are great for reducing stress too.
