How do I let my bf know i don't like to be touched

So, miraculously someone found me attractive enough to date, and the feeling was mutual on my part so now I have a boyfriend whom I actually quite like, he understands I have aspergers and doesn't mind. But, he likes to hold me and I don't really like to be touched, not just him but everyone, i really don't like the feeling, I don't know how to tell him I don't like to be touched ( I don't mind cuddling if I'm not already overstimulated) without making it sound like I don't like him

Maybe tell him a bit like you told us? "I really don't like to be touched most of the time, but I don't mind cuddling if I'm not already overstimulated." Then you could explain to him it's because your sensory processing is a bit more sensitive than others if he asks you why.
