Do thoughts ever tickle the inside of your head?

They do for me. Sometimes they feel like a weight in my head and to achieve symmetry I try to think of thoughts on the other side in my head with equal force.

Nope. Most of my thoughts are inside my stomach.

Not thoughts as such, but sensory overload can make it tickle.

I sometimes get this feeling that there are things buzzing in my head like ants or bees, I don't like It.

YES! I've never thought of it like that before. But, when I am enjoying myself while learning something then it does feel sort of like a tickle yes!

I don't think so. Then again, I'm not very ticklish. My thoughts simply assert themselves into my head without warning.
