Requiring substantial support means what?

I know the DSM-5 is coming out soon...can anyone guess or give their opinion on some examples of what "requiring substantial support" and "very substantial support" for autism spectrum disorder might be?

It likely means that such a person needs to be monitored or that they need the services of a care-giver.
