Got a 14, just on the border between a normal self esteem and low self esteem.

By the way, when I first saw the name of the test, it reminded me of These Rosenberg's

I got a 15.

Getting there has been a lot of work, though.

It's only subjective. Others have said that they feel sorry for me for my lack of self-esteem.

28. I don't think I do things as well as most other people because I have poor handwriting, poor social skills, and poor visual spatial skills.

My self-esteem is low but its less about inherent traits or self-worth as it is feeling like I'm not cut out to survive in this world. When I'm feeling suicidal it's not that I hate myself and feel worthless so much as I'm just incredibly frustrated and empty inside and think this world is largely f****d up.

This is one of the better ones. Only one question could be interpreted to measure objective abilities rather than subjective self-worth.

Other people's opinions of your self-esteem are not an accurate way to judge it. Many autistics are seen as having low self-esteem because people don't believe we could be telling the truth about our weaknesses.

Do you consider yourself a worthwhile person? Do you feel good when you think about what kind of person you are? Do you feel that you deserve to have your needs met?

Have you not read my posts?

My self-esteem is not dependent upon the approval or opinions of others, or I'd have asked the mods to close my account here long ago!

I noted the response of others only as a contrast to the test results.
