I find the WrongPlanet.net Press Release very exciting and I am curious to know more about
what many, if not all of us aren't sure about....

I did a search and found the PRWeb site. Who actually is accessing this site and/or this article?

Ehe... yeah I saw it on:

too! Really cool that was, while looking through my weekly share of Asperger's headlines & news stories.

Yes, very neat indeed. :D

Interesting, another website, same article. :)

I have been using Yahoo!'s "News" search on Asperger's (and sometimes other topics) to find some links and came across the Press Release about ten minutes ago.

its also at http://www.php-mag.net/itr/news/psecom, ... d,113.html
and various other places

We submitted this story to a press release agency and they released it for 30 dollars. Soon you will probably see another google news alert about the site since my hometown paper (which is indexed by google news) is carrying the story (they are actually writing their own version).

A local paper that I sent the press release to did an article about me/the site as well.

A local news station also did a story and interviewed me and stuff.

I'll be posting both on the site later in the week

Sounds excellent, Alex. I look forward to my times spent here with the various topics that will come up. I am truly honored to be part of this board. I appreciate the mentioned, as well as the "quiet" appreciation for my statistical efforts.

There are several members following the various stats I post on a regular basis, on the board I brought up (I assume they are being read, but none of you have anything to respond, at least not yet).

Congratulations, Dan and Alex, too!

What a way to spread the word about Asperger's Syndrome. This board may be a turning point, or at least one of the first turning points for those of us affected and those that know others that are affected with the condition.

Indeed. I have no doubt of that.

Asperger's Syndrome has a name that people in my life who I (later) explained it to found ugly, and unchoice -- there is a psychological stigma attached to having any sort of a "syndrome" or a "condition" or whatever you want to call it.

Hopefully our reaching out will get some reaching back... well, it already has :). More then, more.

Using tools available to us like this technological behemoth known as the Internet certainly help.

KICK-ASS MARKETING, BOOYEAH!! ! :D

Would it be cool if I wrote a letter to the editor about Wrongplanet.net in my town? I know there are Aspies and Autistic kids around here. One of the brothers of a kid on my sister's soccer team is about to get an Autism dog, which is very, very cool.

I just wanted permission from the admin before I did this. I'd be willing to send you a copy to proofread before I sent it in.

Hope to hear from you soon!
