I talk about the challenges of growing up with Asperger's, some of the ways I've learned to overcome the challenges of Asperger's, and the things I've learned from my story. Check it out :)

Many thanks for that - really well done and you have represented the AS community perfectly. 5 stars

Really think Aspies make the best friends, for all the reasons you've alluded to in that TED video. I bet the audience was beyond impressed!

Beautiful!! I think what you said at the end about the people who value you now is something that resonates!! Sharing this one around!! Thanks for doing it :)

Amazing story! If you are not in the speaking profession, you definitely should be, you are engaging.

P.S. anyone ever tell you you look like McLovin from Superbad?

Really good.

The cafeteria story brought back some painful memories.

Well told. Congratulations!

I wish that I could talk in public like you but my meds give me cotton mouth and I have absolutely no control over my emotions which are especially sensitive regarding my own personal experiences with AS throughout my life.

Thought you did a great job. Well structured speech and a lot of it was very poignant. Well communicated. Natural body language.

Did you learn to change your vocal tone while speaking or have you always spoken this way?

My curse is a monotone voice that makes it extremely hard to convey emotional content with. No matter how hard I try its just un-natural for me to change tone of voice as I speak. When I try I end up sounding as if I was talking to my dog. :P
