I'm struggling with executive function difficulties such as planning and juggling multiple demands, as is common with AS. I would like to learn more, and find ways to cope better, particularly for academic success. Please post anything to do with executive function - recommended readings, experiences, coping strategies, definitions, links to other threads, etc.

^ Thanks very much WAI. I'm in a similar position to the one you seemed to be in at the start of your thread. I exhaust myself on non-essentials & excessive details, neglect the big picture, I often don't know what I should be doing at any given moment. I've had a couple of burn out crises recently, and don't know if I can handle full-time university -- it's easy enough, but applying myself to the right things at the right time is an overwhelming challenge. I'll have a good read of your thread. 8O
