Hi

A recent study http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/20 ... 151158.htm implicates the flavonoid supplements, which are given to autistics in the disruption of endocrine systems and in one case caused cancer.

All this study proves is that too much of a good thing is a bad thing. We should get our nutrients from our diet. For example, To get the vitamin C in some tablets, one would have to eat a rose hip (the best source for natural vitamin C) the size of a watermelon. Our bodies simply didn't evolve to handle nutrients in these astronomical quantities.
