I feel that everybody is special in their own unique way. I also feel that having a Disability doesn't make a person more special than the more typical people. I feel that everybody has a special purpose in life and that all people should celebrate the special qualities that they have. Even most jerks become nicer as they grow up, and they might learn to be as special as the people who were good people their whole lives.

Not to mention, most jerks have reasons for being jerks. It's not just inherent cruelness, there's almost always a purpose behind it if you can just figure the person out. Either that or they have no idea what effect they're having on you.

Just my two cents. I like to believe in humanity.
