Does anyone bite and suck their tongue or clench or grind their teeth while sleeping? I do and I wonder if this might just be regular stress or if it could also be common to Autism and Asperger's.

Yes, I do. I grind my teeth while sleeping. I have never heard myself do it, but my family have told me that I do it. I think it's to do with stress rather than with autism although I think the stress itself is probably often caused by the autism-related difficulty in life.

I apparently grind my teeth really loudly. I often wake up with jaw pain from it. I also clench my teeth throughout the day. It's a stress thing that nt people do too, but ASD people tend to have more stress.
