I can't seem to find anything on how stress effects decision making for people with Asperger's, and also how do deal with stress while making decision.

From my experience, as a person with Asperger's, that being under great stress has made some characteristics more noticeable like my emotions tend to go through very sudden changes into sadness, and loneliness. I, also, notice that I developed new behavior as result of the stress that didn't exist prior. And I have habit of neglecting my personal hygiene, have increase dramatically. Currently, I stuck in decision between my emotions for someone else, and whether or not what I should do that is best for me.

Any help, or advice would be greatly appreciated.

That's probably because stress affects most people in that way. It makes your weaknesses stronger no matter whether you are NT or not.

(Except for a few personalities who thrive on stress)
