Of course, implying that you have autism comorbid with ADHD. Any history of medications that didn't work? Pushed to the maximum dose you could stand before side effects killed you, to no real benefit?

I just feel like I can't find a silver bullet to my problems of ADHD, autism and depression (very common together really) and my life is getting obliterated.

On a more local level, Focus Professional Services is a consulting organization based in Vancouver, Canada that attempts to hire people on the spectrum to act as IT consultants. They're a very new organization.

For those of us in Vancouver, there is an Aspies Meetup group; pm me if you're interested. I look forward to seeing anyone in Vancouver either in person or in a larger gathering!

It worked for me. Very well, indeed.

Sorry, is it possible to elaborate? Medication and dose?

Thanks, I appreciate it.

Taking modalfinil and lexapro, usual doses. I reduced lexapro to half-dose but I can't eliminate it, it affects my ability to concentrate (someway ssri and stimulants reinforce each other). It doesn't work that well if I take only SSRI or only ADHD stimulant (I tried). Some tolerance developped to this last one too, but it still works well. Additional problems with sleeping, though I solved it with melatonin.

I currently take Adderall and Guanfacine. It works very well but not sure I like the feeling of the Adderall as it's wearing off.

I tried Adderall and it wore off too quickly so I had to quit taking it. Now I take strattera.
