Is there a way to check only the threads one has posted in? I can never keep track of the threads ive posted in. Others forums have an ego search, so only the threads one has posted in.

Go to the main forum page, and then click on view your posts. And it will show the treads you have posted in.

I find the title of this thread to be offensive, as it uses the word autistic as a negative, disparaging adjective.

If it's not PC to call something "ret*d" just because you dislike it or think it's dumb, then it should be equally rude to use autistic the same way.

Well..he calls HIMSELF "schizoid"! So I guess we can cut him some slack about how he uses the word 'autistic'.

Lol!

The forum was set up by an autistic and for autistics - so of course it's autistic! :)

This. The nice thing about it is: it orders threads by the time of the last post, not the time of your post, so you can find any threads you've posted in that have been bumped, even if they were old. Also, it only shows each thread once.

Exactly.

I can think of a few words for someone who comes on a forum designed by an autistic person and populated by autistic people and uses "autistic" as an insult, but most of them are quite offensive.

yes I hope it doesn't turn into a word everyone uses like some others.

I feel the same way. Disability labels shouldn't be used as putdowns. It's also the fact that he's on the spectrum himself and he's saying that stuff about this site that Alex created as a safe place for us to go to that makes my blood boil.

it only can be offensive if the dude who said it is a neurotypical. Its kind of life black people calling each other a youknowwhat because they're both black. Of course we don't go around saying wut up aspie to each other.

and yes at times these forums do seem autistic.

I'd like to see what a typical site setup looks like.

So tempted to say something like "Bah. If the NTs didn't have Aspies to do computer stuff for them, there'd be no internet."

But I won't. :?

You seem to have both Aspie and neurotypical traits

What would these results mean? Been told here I must be a "half pint".
