Do you enjoy looking at those images ?

Hi,

A friend of mine just posted that link on a social web site.

He is not diagnosed with anything but I think that is exactly the kind of images that somehow look right to some of us. What do you think of them ?

This is what I think, using numerical order for the pictures:

1. Looks too fake (not the photo, but the white balls), I would stay away from it in real life
2. It's OK, but the picture is angled in an extremely unsymmetrical manner and everything around the glass is random so it is distasteful
3. Aside from the plastic bag I love this one
4. Just looks like a tasty buttercup or something
5. Aside from the messy desk, this is one of my favourites
6. Quite decent, though obviously some uneven placing with the pancakes
7. Random
8. Quite decent, though too many random twigs for my liking
9. Don't like this one
10. Bland, but nice stacking
11. My favourite one - a picture of quality and serenity
12. Boring colours, but nice lining up, though I hate the white lines on the sides
13. Offputting mix of colours and strange

EDIT - It appears I missed the TV screen one, and I don't like that one as the camera moves weirdly and the lighting is bad.

....the DVD bit goes INTO the corner instead of bouncing around it.

That's all I even needed... there's always this amazing desire to try to shove the bloody bouncing thing so it goes IN the corner instead of around it, but of course you cant, so it tortures you by never managing to do it.....

That's my favourite one too, I have been staring at that kind of things for ages and trying to guess when it will finally neatly bounce in the corner




Most of them are plain evil although I like the bookshelf

I liked the Picture of the leaf on the water a lot. The others... not exactly

The one with the sandwich fitting perfectly into the Tupperware took my breath away. I'll never forget it as a long as I live.

And the one with the luggage forming two perfect cubes? That's what I imagine heaven will be like.

There are a bazillion people commenting on them in that thread who probably aren't diagnosed with anything either. They're interesting pics and a funny gif.

I liked the ice cube one, the leaf one, the DVD one, and the ones with the guy putting his hand in the beans. I also liked the cupcake one with the exact little indentations, the sandwich fitting perfect in the box, the perfectly round pancakes (although it annoyed me they are not aligned, and just piled on), the level snow, and I like taking that sticky gummy stuff off new cards. Did I say I liked the keys?

I really like the cubes of boxes, and the leaf on water. The row of keys is also nice.

I am not trying to make it some sort of test; it just seemed adequate to post that here. Maybe I should have posted in the random discussion.

Why did that set of pics cause me so much anxiety that I actually BURST out in laughter!

Lol, me too I could watch those things for hours just waiting for the image to bounce into the corner, but it so rarely does! I will admit though that I find it frustrating that the clip ends before the picture had a chance to bounce off the opposite wall, it was so close too.

As far as the other images, the trampoline, the snow on the bench and the leaf were all my favourites, I love the iridescent quality of the leaf sitting right on the film of the water.

23) Don't like the texture of the wood of the pencil.

I didn't especially enjoy any of them, except the one of the leaf.

I hated the one of the guy jumping on the trampoline, it makes me cringe to imagine what that would feel like.

The pics on the link Katniss posted really annoyed me, especially the ones of tiling mistakes and patch-up jobs. If someone put one tile out of place in my house I would make them do the whole thing over.

1. Yummy sweets, although it does look a bit fake because the balls are in a neat order inside the packet.
2. I do love coke in a class with ice cubes, especially in the summer.
3. Looks nice to shove your knuckles into.
4. Meh.
5. Can't quite tell if these are empty cake things or if they actually have a cake in them.
6. A sandwich snug inside a box that's just the right size.
7. Very smooth pancakes.
8. Coor, that looks fun! I liked watching that.
9. I don't like snow, so noooo!
10. I have no idea what that is.
11. I have no idea what they are, although to me look like weird electrical boxes.
12. Looks cartoon-y but real at the same time.
13. I have no idea what that is, but looks fun to fiddle with.
14. Is that a photo frame with watermelons as the pattern of the frame?
