I certainly am not. I like to keep it simple and not worry about what I eat. My metabolism is just too high so it's hard for me to gain weight past 208 pounds.
Are people with AS like me feel the same way?

I've been ridiculously obese since I was a little kid, so it's "normal" to me and I've never thought about it much. I don't really care about the appearance or anything. But I recently started trying to lose weight, you know, so I don't have a heart attack at 25.
Very much so. I am overweight, and I don't like discussing how much I weigh with others as I feel it is a personal matter. I always try to watch what I eat, but I don't like when people force junk food down my throat especially when they know that I am overweight.

No and my concern is more about working out more. I am considered thin by others, but if my stomach feels a little to pudgy to me then I will work out more. I focus on eating food I like that is also healthy. At times I can seem kind of like I fit orthorexia.

Yes I am. I like to look good and be thin and I used to not worry about my weight when I could eat whatever I want and not gain weight so easily if I eat too much. I could gain three pounds in one day and lose that much over night. It was like that while I was breast feeding and moving into a house because I have all that weight I had to lift and carry. I basically have to work out all the time and have a sore body to not worry about my weight or be a breast feeding mother until the baby is on solids or help people move for a living and be sore all the time.

I'm not very concerned with my weight, but I don't eat much junky stuff in the first place. I might worry if I noticed I was putting on more and more weight. I'd rather just enjoy my life and enjoy my food than do what many other women do.

I thought the OP was going to ask ''is it an Aspie thing to be conscious of your weight?'' I was prepared to write ''you haven't met any women in your life if you think that''.
