HI,
Well, i need to make a decision . I will be moving to either chicago or houston, i want to know which has the better autism intervention programs for my 5 years old daughter on the ASD . thnx.

As a Texan, I would say Chicago. Texas offers much less in the way of government services than does Chicago.

As a Texan, I'd take Houston over Chicago any day unless you have been offered a position at the Chicago School of Economics.

I think that any large city will likely have a certain amount of facilities and programs and Houston is certainly no exception.

There is a doctor named Katherine Loveland who specializes in autism spectrum disorders. She is in Houston. See the link below to her and her clinic.

I have a friend in Houston who has a son with AS -- he was the catalyst for finding out about my own issues. He has been in treatment for many years (he's 16 now). I can find out more detail if you'd like. :)
