Just had an energy release while resting. Can anyone relate?

I was lying down resting about to fall asleep and I just had a massive energy release. This has happened to me several times before and I was wondering if this happens to any of you and if anyone knows about it and why or how it happens. It's when your whole body jolts suddenly like the floor has just fallen from under you.

I like these jerks, they happen eberrytime before I fall asleep and are fun.
