I just had a stupid needless conflict with a co-worker and now I'm exhausted. The optimism I've had has now melted away. Things are going to get worse from here on out, I can tell.

bringing food to work for my coworkers to eat helped with that for me.

Deserts, homemade popcorn, picked up breakfast burritos or doughnuts.

That might work.

But it is an act of submission in the eyes of many NTs, making you look as being lower in the social hierarchy than them (and hence less important than them!). Unfortunately.

No one eats the things I bring, so I've stopped bringing them.

Why is it an act of submission? Why does it make someone a lesser being because they are nice and bring people food?

You do not say you are bringing it because of conflict. I have found they feel somewhat indebted and have a general happy feeling to those who bring things they like to them randomly as gifts.

Have you noticed if they tend to eat comfort food, unhealthy food, or super healthy food? Bring what they like to eat.

I think people find me to be disgusting. Whenever I bring them food, I can see the look of disgust on their faces, as if thinking, "I'm actually expected to eat this nasty s**t!"
