Hi

Since I have Been at work I feel as though my eye contact had been alot better. But jilt recently I feel as though I am unable to make eye contact again. Anyone else had yhis what do you think has caused it?

What does "jilt" mean, in this context?

I think he meant to say "just". At least that's the word I would use.
