We went to walk our 2 dogs (Yorkies) around the neighborhood. I was worried and had anxiety hoped they wouldn't get hurt. One of them has a bad hip and is blind on one eye anyways! Also I saw a car a few houses down and yelled Car! I was real tense and panicky and worried they'd get hurt. There are some big dogs in the area so potential danger there and a few years back when we had chiuauas one of them ran in front of a car (We yelled it stopped THANKFULLY!). She has since died. But I worried over these two yorkies walking around our local neighborhood roads. We barely left our road but there are holes and fences etc. We came back in and I've came back to my room to calm down. (Not crying or anything) but now it's ROFL! funny over what I did freaking out like that. Guess that's funny.? :-( can anyone relate? Thank You.

I'm a natural worrier, usually by the threat of the unknown and the unexpected change that that the plan of the day does not go to plan. Sometimes I just don't feel safe enough to to leave the home, especially after certian events like bad weather, or I've bared witness to negative situations.

I'm a terrible worrier... Especially if it's over little things.

Yah, I'm a worrier. I try not to be but I think it's tied into my anxiety issues somehow.

All of the time. It seems like if I'm presented with any problem great or small, my initial response will be to worry about it. My anxieties can really wear me down sometimes.

I'm not sure what it's like NOT to worry. BTW, I have a yorkie- poo. I adore her.

Friends:
I am a worrier, too.
But I now take Xanax XR and Xanax 5 mg for when I'm really bad. I recommend medications.

I worry all the time, especially over the little things. A lot of times I worry about my special interests, or about what other people think of my arts and crafts.

Interestingly, when it comes to the big things, I just shrug it off and go about my daily life.

I worry about safety, especially my son's. I'm kind of freaked out right now because he's with his father visiting family out of state.
I drive safely, I try not to do risky things, etc. My brother died in a car accident and I know that intensified my worrying but I worried before that too.
I wish it was unfounded and I just needed to relax but I think it's the other way around. Most people don't want to accept the reality of our mortality and they suppress the thoughts.
I figure that's why so many people drink, do drugs, or can't go a moment without the radio or TV on.

Yes, I do worry. But I think I tend to stress more than worry. I know they can mean the same thing, but not always. Usually my worries are normal everyday worries what most NTs can relate to. But what I stress over are little things what others wouldn't so much, and I believe that feeling alone in worrying about something causes stress, whereas when I'm stressing over something everyone else is worrying over, I don't feel so alone, so I just worry along with them, and not stress so much, only a little. I don't know if that makes sense or not.

Yeah, I used to worry a lot; I'd get really riled over thinking about stuff that would happen in the future. But there's no sense in dwelling on stuff that may not come to pass anyways.

There are times when I get anxious about things like the rising sea level, and when the big earthquake is going to take place in the Greater Vancouver area. I also get worried about sky high bills and taxes.

I think too much about everything, and everything that could possibly go wrong. I'm a natural pessimist, and I wish my mind wasn't riddled with all these bad thoughts about what could happen or what will happen. I hate it when my worst fears get confirmed, or the things I hope wouldn't happen do happen.

I worry about everything and anything there is to worry about.
