Aspergers and social instincts
Has anyone worked out how to transfer your theoretical understanding of social rules norms and non verbals into your "instinctive brain". That is you learn that a certain posture indicates anger and with practise you can then instantly recognise that posture without devoting analytical thought to it.
You see someone with a scrunched face and the concept of anger flashes in your mind without any conscious effort.
A good proportion of autists can tell the difference between and

Maybe learn that stuff on you tube videos about reading body language and facial expressions
and the practice them in a mirror or on camera? I do not know if learning how to read that stuff
and copy it is all that hard or not. i just know it is not something that is already built in like it is with NT's.
