does anyone have any internal contact in the student finance england company

i am trying to identify their regs and policies.

and the players and such

papers and rules dont compute.

No, but I've had problems with them too. They don't send clear instructions about how and when to apply for finance. They take a long time to approve anything; I was at risk of losing my place at uni because they delayed payment of my tuition fees. And they got my Mum's birthdate wrong on their records and did not change it after I had phoned them about it.
