Over the past few days, I've gotten more annoyed by people. As well, I have this constant fog in my head, and I've been having a harder time getting things done.

I feel sickly and this cruel mockery from the world.

Now that I've thought about it, I've only eaten junkfood today. I should maybe try to eat something a bit more wholesome.

I've been doing serious exercise every day, and now I have a lot fewer days like this.

I hope you resist the urge to strain. some bodies can handle strain better than others, when I tried it I injured myself and delayed my physical improvement for a distressingly long time.

Hmm, funny, wozeree was just posting about having been especially edgy today and I have myself felt severely out of sorts, to a most unusual extreme - I was fearful I might be coming down with the flu, but there's been no fever or congestion so far, just overwhelming fatigue and a head full of fog. Is there some mysterious cosmic event going on that's only affecting Aspergians? 8O
