They should stop trying to make robots that look like people.
We fall in love with all kinds of machines all the time. I could considered to be in love with my bike if the term was used loosely!

That's fascinating. I would love a robot companion; robots don't judge you, and as long as you're nice to them, they won't stab you in the back like real humans do, plus they don't care about the sophistication of social skills.

Then why not get a dog? At least a dog is real.
