i didnt start doing this till recently.

Stimming is sort of like dancing at times.

Maybe you're enjoying the rhythm of the music. Many people of all neurologies enjoy the rhythm of the music, and may even seem like they're "stimming" to it.

It might, or might not, be a manifestation of autism.

Yes! I stim to music so much, when it's one of my favourite songs. I flap one my hands with a huge, stupid grin on my face, and with the other hand, I bite my finger to stop myself from screaming in delight, and I go as far as rolling on the floor! but it's a really amazing mood for me to be in.

i do this all the time!! idk how you stim to music like i personally tap to the beat a lot??? theres a nintendo game called rhythm heaven if you have a gameboy advance or ds or wii its on there the rhythm heaven games have a bunch of mini games where you have to tap or press buttons to the rhythm of a song ! ! a lot of fun for me, i would try it out if i were you the graphics are colorful and goofy very fun to look at ! !! i reccomend it!
