foodwise. I know that before the retreat I need to buy tons of fresh fruit and veggies, milk, juice, bacon, bread, rolls pancake mix, eggs, syrup, sour cream, more butter and chocolate kisses [to put on peanut butter cookies.

I already have several types of squash, potatoes. yams. salad dressings mixxings, stuff to make con queso and cocktail wieners.and those weird holiday green beans.

In the freezer I have a turkey [fridge has a ham and prime rib] crab stuffed chickens, chili con carne, 3 fruit pies,4 coffee breads, 2 gluten and dairy free stews. the sausage, herbs, celery and onions to add to my stuffing, cran orange sauce, chili rellenos,, sausage onions and peppers, chicken cacciatore and manicotti.

I need some "snacky"stuff [what kind] and what else oh and the ice cream shop will be available for everyone.

Suggestions?

Holy moly, are you making a Thanksgiving dinner? Oh, how I love me some Thanksgiving. Mmm, mmm, mmm, nom nom nom...

Well, from the looks of it, it would appear that you're not too, let us say, calorie conscious. (Perhaps you are a lady of, uh, amplitude?)

So I'd go with Italian sausages and cheeses which you can slice to put on crackers. Also get some prosciutto and also some lovely olives as well. Don't forget the Doritos and the Ruffles and the sour cream dip for the less cultured among us.

Also, you can get some macadamia nuts. And don't forget the alcohol.

I hope you have a wonderful time, Vicki.

Not sure what you're doing, but whenever I see these at a party I'm really happy:

Chocolate Crackles

I think it's AutHaven, which Vicky describes in this thread: http://www.wrongplanet.net/postt244852.html
